This 25ft. Chesney onsite caravan with annex is located just 70 meters from Goulburn River at Breakaway Twin Rivers Caravan Park in Alexandra/Acheron Victoria. It is a Holiday Park only, which means, this caravan cannot be used as a permanent abode.

It has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 single bunkbed, 1 double futon, and 1 single bed. All in all, can sleep up to 7 people. There is also a lounge room, kitchen and a garden shed. All areas have been entirely rewired and with an electrical certificate for compliance. Annex has front and rear doors.

Parking can fit 1 car. Pets are not allowed.

Annual fees approx. $4,000 excluding the electricity supply and usage that are both payable quarterly.
