The park is located on the lake.

It has a swimming pool, bbq kitchen area and small kids playground.

• bathroom (has functional toilet , sink/vanity & a shower and bath but needs some work)
• all furniture and new bedding
• attached single carport
• small shed (includes a laundry tub and storage, space to add a washing machine)
• outdoor covered patio area with outdoor setting

Bathroom and living area is newly painted.

The fees are $330 per fortnight plus electricity (approx $40 per month).

It is not a permanent stay caravan, can only stay 180 nights per year.

The price is negotiable.
